Duties include but not limited to:
Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our products.
Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products.
Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area.
Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails and social media to reach potential clients and build a long-lasting business relationship with them.
Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our products.
Determine new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends.
Skills and qualifications:
Above average communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills for the purposes of closing deals
Good networking skills and the ability to handle numerous client companies and customers
Ability to work under pressure and devise sales strategies
Ability to explain product features and benefits in a way that stands out over competing brands
Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy customers’ needs
Resilience and a willingness to deal with rejection
Excellent organization and management capabilities, including being a team player
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a Home Improvement Salesperson License (HIS)
Construction knowledge or previous sales experience is desired. Must have own transportation and valid Drivers License and Insurance.

WSC Solar & Roofing is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Roofing Installers. No experience? No problem! We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
Duties Include but Not Limited to:
Assisting with roof installations, repairs, and replacements.
Carrying and lifting materials up to 50 lbs.
Following safety guidelines and ensuring quality craftsmanship.
Traveling out of town for projects when needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Ability to work comfortably at heights and in outdoor conditions.
Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and tasks.
