    $245, which covers the first hour of service. Each additional hour is billed at $95. Any necessary materials will be added to the total cost.

  • Service Area:
    We serve customers within a 30-mile radius of our headquarters at 7671 Airport Road, Redding, CA. For service requests beyond this area, please call us directly:

  • Scheduling and Response Time:
    After submitting your request, our team will contact you within 2 business days to confirm and schedule your service on the next available date. Please note that weekends and holidays may affect response times.

  • After-Hours Emergencies:
    For after-hours emergency roofing service, please call our office for immediate assistance: (530) 338-2425.

  • Payment Terms:
    By submitting this form, you agree to pay the service fee, which is due at the time of service. If we determine that the issue is related to workmanship and you are within your warranty period, there will be no charge for the service.
